Champions League Twenty20 - 2012


The Champions League Twenty20, also referred to as the CLT20, is an yearly international Twenty20 cricket competition play stuck between the top domestic team starting main cricketing nations. The rivalry was launch in 2008 with the first version held in October 2009. It is together own by the BCCI, Cricket Australia and Cricket South Africa, and is chaired by N.Srinivasan, who is as well the leader of the BCCI.
The contest is held between September and October for a time of two to three weeks in either India or South Africa. It has a total award pool of US$6 million, with the charming side receiving $2.5 million, the highest for a club cricket contest in history. The present set-up involves the most excellent teams from the prime minister Twenty20 competition of the top-eight Test-playing nation, favouring the teams from India, Australia and South Africa.
